If you aren’t completely happy with an item you have ordered and received, you can return it to us for either an exchange or full refund, not including the cost of shipping. We only accept regular priced items within 30 days of the purchase. All sale items are final sale.
If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately when received to let us know. We will be happy to arrange a replacement for you. We may ask for a photo and/or supporting information of the damaged item(s) that needs to be exchanged.
If you have an item you would like to return, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org. During the Holiday Season (December 26th to January 2nd) we can’t process any refunds or exchanges.
